  • For students interested in pursuing further studies, the program offers comprehensive knowledge of Mathematics and its applications, along with guidance

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates holding a 2-year Associate Degree in the relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institution are eligible for direct entry into the 5th semester of the BS program.

  • Applicants with an Associate Degree in another field or a conventional BA/BSc (annual system) must complete a bridging/deficiency semester to cover academic gaps.

  • The minimum eligibility criteria are:

    • CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00 for Associate Degree holders under the semester system.

    • 45% marks for BA/BSc or equivalent under the annual system.

  • The University reserves the right to apply stricter admission standards for specific programs.

Assessment Criteria

Students’ academic progress is measured through a continuous assessment system that includes assignments, quizzes, Graded Discussion Boards (GDBs), mid-term, and final-term examinations.

Project / Internship

As part of the BS-Lateral Mathematics program, students must complete an internship (3 credit hours) and a capstone project (3 credit hours) during their final two semesters. The selection between internship and project is left to the student’s choice; however, consultation with the academic advisor is mandatory. Upon completion, students are required to submit a comprehensive report and deliver a final presentation of their work.
