💻 Faculty of Computer Science & IT
Programs Offered: BSCS, BSIT, BS Software Engineering, BS Data Science
(I) For Intermediate Students (12 years of education)
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (HSSC) or equivalent with at least 50% marks
- Math Deficiency Clause:
- If you did not study Mathematics at the Intermediate level, you must complete two additional Math courses (6 credit hours each) during the first year.
(II) For 14-Year Degree Holders (BA/BSc/ADP)
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute with minimum 45% marks
- Credit Transfer Policy: VU’s Equivalence Committee evaluates your previous courses to map which ones can be credited and what remains to complete your degree.
Programs under the Faculty of Management include degrees in BBA, Accounting and Finance, BBIT, Public Administration, Commerce and others.

- Have less than 45% marks in Intermediate or BA/BSc
- Have less than 2.00 CGPA in Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
After completing the Zero Semester, students can transition into full degree programs.
