Portal Activation

The HEC application portal is currently undergoing necessary updates to include the eligibility of Virtual University (VU) students.

It is expected that the portal will become fully operational within the next 2–3 working days.

Once operational, you will be able to submit your application online without any technical restrictions.
Application Instructions

While filling out the application form on the HEC portal, you must select “Main Campus” as your campus option.

This instruction is critical because the Virtual University operates through a centralized enrollment system and does not have physical or regional campuses like traditional universities.

Incorrect campus selection might invalidate your application, so please be extra cautious during this step.
